Job Description

    The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong set of skills including market research, international business, strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, global branding, trade compliance, negotiation skills, and export marketing.
    As an Export Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive export marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in target regions. You will be required to identify and research potential markets, conduct competitor analysis, track market trends, and understand customer preferences. Collaborating with sales teams, you will develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning for international markets. Building and maintaining relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and partners will be crucial to expanding our distribution network.
    In addition, you will need to coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient order processing. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback will help you identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Staying up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation is essential to ensure compliance. Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events will be part of your responsibilities to promote our products and identify potential business opportunities. Regular reporting and updates to senior management on export sales performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape will be expected.

    To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of [X] years of experience in export marketing or international business development, preferably in the [insert industry]. A proven track record of successfully launching and managing export marketing initiatives is required, with a focus on driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
