About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SDET-1 to join our Quality Engineering
team at WeWork. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and
performance of our products through a combination of manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities :
. Perform end-to-end manual testing to identify defects, validate features, and ensureproduct quality.
. Take ownership of the QA process throughout the product lifecycle.
. Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to understand requirements anddefine test strategies.
. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
. Ensure smooth and timely product releases with minimal defects.
. Participate in test planning, test case creation, and execution.
. Identify areas for test automation and process improvement.
. Actively contribute to maintaining and enhancing the test automation framework.

Required Skills &Qualifications:
. Strong understanding of manual testing fundamentals, including test case design, bugidentification, and reporting.

. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java preferred).
. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as:Selenium/ Maven /TestNG/Page Object Model (POM) /Playwright /Load Testing (n8n, Jmeter)
Good knowledge of:
○ Web application testing
○ Mobile application testing
○ API testing
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Advantages:
. Experience with AI-powered automation tools such as:TestSigmaCursor
. Understanding of AI concepts in test automation and exposure to Model ContextProtocols (MCPs) or similar technologies.
. Experience working in Sprints environments.
