Sap Customer Relationship Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM professional with strong expertise in Services, Sales, and Contract modules. This role requires hands-on experience in both implementation and support projects, with deep knowledge of configuration, customization, and support tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SAP CRM solutions and managing complex support scenarios using industry-standard tools.

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM
• Must have completed at least 1 implementation project and 2 support projects related to SAP CRM Sales/Service
• Strong configuration and customization knowledge on service and sales transactions
• Proven experience working with SAP ServiceNow and Solution Manager support tools
• Demonstrated experience in CR/problem ticket management and resolution processes
• Must have worked beyond end-user capacity - technical/functional expertise required
• Immediate availability or notice period of 0-15 days maximum
• 
  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP CRM implementation projects focusing on Sales, Service, and Contract modules.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM service and sales transactions to meet business requirements
• Provide expert-level support for SAP CRM systems using ServiceNow and Solution Manager
• Manage and resolve CR (Change Request) and problem tickets following established ITIL processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other SAP modules
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer on SAP CRM best practices
