  • Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience
  • Salary: Upto 9 LPA
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Production Manager
  • 1. Optimum allocation of resources to meet customer schedule on time
  • 2. Improve ITR and reduce age of inventory (WIP & FG).
  • 3. Ensure uninterrupted flow of product through optimum production plan to meet the customer schedule.
  • REPORTING TO : General Manager
  • JOB RESPONSIBITIES
  • 1) Collect customer schedule from I/C Marketing Department
  • 2) WIP stock checking
  • 3) Production done as per PPC plan
  • 4) Tooling, maintenance parts, requirement indent in ERP take approval from concern dep. & forward to I/C Purchase Dept.
  • 5) Inputs for preparation of work orders as per production plan.
  • 6) Resolve schedule complains & shortages, monitor machine booking & planning
  • 7) Monitoring material movement from one operation to another in consolation with I/C Production
  • 8) Monthly machine plan as per requirement
  • QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • 1). Graduated
  • 2). Minimum 5 years as Production Manager in Manufacturing sector
