Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role involves establishing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving strategic growth initiatives to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in Business strategy and Account Management for client retention and relationship development.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a dynamic business environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of market trends and industry standards is an added advantage.
