• Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, calendar yearly, and India financial year.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
• Manage cost control, cost accounting, and ensure compliance with cost audit requirements.
• Variation analysis
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Oversee the budgeting process, working with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop financial forecasts and models to assess the impact of business decisions and changing market conditions.
• Internal Controls & Financial Systems:
• Ensure robust internal financial controls, processes, and procedures to protect company assets.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and develop the finance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Align team objectives with the broader finance department and organizational goals.
• Strategic Financial Support:
• Work closely with the CFO to develop and execute the companys financial strategy, including capital allocation and investment
• opportunities.
• Provide financial insights to support mergers, acquisitions, and other key business initiatives.
• Audits:
• Supervision of audits
• Validation of audit reports
• Cost audits
