Key Responsibilities

• Lead organization development and change initiatives.
• Design and manage performance management processes (KRAs/KPIs/OKRs).
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and career development.
• Strengthen culture, employee engagement, and values implementation.
• Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvement actions.
• Partner with business leaders on organization design and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Organisation Development or HR generalist.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.
