• Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Security Consultant with 10+ years of experience, including solid hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Security, RBAC, Security Console, Data Roles, Security Profiles, SSO, and IAM integrations . The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting secure access across Oracle Fusion HCM settings.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture .
• Configure Abstract Roles, Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, and Security Profiles .
• Manage RBAC, role provisioning, user access, and deprovisioning .
• Develop custom roles and security policies using Oracle Security Console .
• Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security governance.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, IDCS, or Ping Identity.
• Work with SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect .
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, login, and access-related issues.
• Perform periodic access reviews, audits, and role recertification .
• Analyze Oracle HCM audit logs and security reports .
• Support security compliance requirements and internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex security-related SRs.
• Prepare and maintain security design documents, role matrices, and security mapping documents .
• Work closely with HR, IAM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Oracle Cloud teams .
