Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain accurate call records.
• Support lead generation and database management activities.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
• Assist in creating marketing presentations and campaign reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and calling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.

• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of social media marketing strategies.
