Job Description
- Conduct periodic audits and checks to ensure immigration and travel compliances of the company are being adhered to.
- Monitor and ensure the preventive controls in the Global mobility system are working to the expectation and report any gaps if identified.
- Assist in monitoring laws and regulations with possible impact on company business processes.
- Ensure maintenance of proper documentation of compliance activities for tracking purposes.
- Conduct and be part of role and work location adherence checks to ensure fulfilment of compliance standards.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and tackle areas with risk of non-compliance.
- Reporting - prepare and present regular updates and reports which would support in monthly dashboard.
- Any Graduate.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in immigration role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and analysing skills.
- Attention to detail.
