Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions in the domains of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps. Your role will encompass infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation, orchestration, server and network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network, and EUC towers. You will engage proactively with customers, understand their tool estates, and pitch next-generation solution areas that deliver business value. Collaboration with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers will be essential to create solution documentation, pricing models, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team. Additionally, you will prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions, mutual value discovery sessions, ensuring all messages are aligned with Wipro's solution strategy or win themes. You will review solutions for alignment with Wipro Pricing and Effort Estimation Models based on experience and lead discussions as a Tools Architect during due diligence, contract closures, and renewals, including compliance requirements and sign-off on technical Statements of Work (SOWs) and service levels specific to BSM and AIOPS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and propose solutions to customers in the areas of ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM (Monitoring, Observability, AIOPS, Service Management, Asset Management, and Automation).
- Create differentiated tool solutions powered by products such as Splunk AI ops, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp, Moogsoft AI ops, BMC, Microfocus, Microsoft, SolarWinds, Evolven, and others.
- Ensure proactive engagement with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas delivering business value.
- Work with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to enable the creation of solution documentation, pricing, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team.
- Prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions and mutual value discovery sessions ensuring all messages align with Wipro's solution strategy or win themes.
Qualifications Required:
- Completion of necessary trainings and certifications.
- Development of Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos, etc., for new growth areas based on market and customer research.

- Development and presentation of a point of view of Wipro on solution design and architect by writing white papers, blogs, etc.
- Attainment of market references and recognition through highest analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits.
- Mentorship of developers, designers, and Junior architects in the project for their further career development and enhancement.
- Contribution to the architecture practice by conducting selection interviews, etc.
