We are seeking a
Marketing Communications - Sr. Executive
located in Pune.
Basic Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MBA Marketing or equivalent
• Age: 26 years +
• Experience: 3+ years
  

Purpose of the Job:

• Team player for marketing communications to manage branding, media communications, events, product shoots, merchandise and literature.
  

Scope of Work & Accountabilities:

• Execution and monitoring of all BTL activities (Trade shows, Events, Seminars, Customer meets,)
• To ensure brand guidelines are aligned with all India offices service vehicles, stationery etc.
• Responsible for keeping the India website updated coordination with HO for same.
• Working along with team for Media campaign, prepare and ensure release of relevant and updated articles, product write-ups, interviews etc. through print and digital Media.
• Planning and end to end execution of Compliments, Brochures, Momentos / Key Handover etc.
• Preparing and circulation of standard company profile, presentations, videos and ensure circulation and quarterly review to update the same.
• Ensure all business stationery are as per standard CI.
• Design support to various functions like HR, Training, Customer support etc.to prepare all required elements as per the standard CI.
• Managing Customer visits to Pune factory- creating customer experience.
• Procurement and distribution of promotional articles and monitoring the spend across the Zones.
• Procurement and distribution of Product literature and also updating the same.
• Ensuring execution and editing of photo/ video shoots and finalization for utilization of end users.
• Ensuring accurate and relevant data available in WGS.
• Responsible for maintaining data in CoWo.
