Lead Product Analyst ( IC)

Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of Indian customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems.

The focus of this team is to ensure that customers in India use Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way. The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and impact parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers. You will also help create a roadmap for Wises expansion in India, and bring more of Wises features to the country.

How youll contribute:

• Provide data drive insight to inform product decisions, from improving our onboarding flow to reduce friction using one product.
• Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for the India team and monitor new product features impact on conversion, stickiness and engagement.

• Understand customers and the impact of our product on their lives.
• Build conviction on high-value areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Wises expansion in India, introducing more of Wises innovative features to the market.
• Inspire a team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued.
• Make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders.
• Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of regional initiatives with Wises overall strategy.
