Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Techno Functional Consultant (5-8 years) to lead support, complex enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within our Application Managed Services (AMS) environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Coupa P2P, SIM, Sourcing and Contract modules, along with proven ability to troubleshoot integrations, optimize processes, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Incident & Problem Management
• Act as escalation point for critical Coupa issues (P2P, SIM, Sourcing, CLM and integrations)
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring problems
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies to reduce ticket volumes
• Complex Enhancements & Process Optimization
• Lead medium-scale Coupa rollouts including:
• Data loads/migrations
• Custom integrations with SAP S/4HANA system
• Design and implement Coupa reporting solutions (Advanced Analytics, custom dashboards)
• Optimize supplier onboarding and catalog management processes
• System Governance & Technical Leadership
• Perform Coupa health checks and recommend system optimizations
• Oversee Coupa version upgrades, patches, and regression testing
• Establish and enforce Coupa best practices and governance frameworks
• Mentor junior team members on complex configurations and troubleshooting
• Integration & Technical Expertise
• Architect and troubleshoot complex integrations (CIF, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, CPI)
• Develop and maintain integration documentation and data flow diagrams
• Implement monitoring solutions for Coupa-SAP interfaces
• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between Coupa and SAP modules (MM, FI, S/4HANA) ensuring seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to align Coupa workflows with SAP purchasing, inventory, and financial processes.
• Ensure compatibility and data consistency across Coupa and ERP.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Identify opportunities for process automation (RPA, AI-driven approvals)
• Lead Coupa community of practice to share knowledge and best practices
• Evaluate and recommend new Coupa modules/features for business adoption
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, error handling, and data synchronization.

• Coupa procure to invoice administrator
• Knowledge of Coupa Implementation Methodology (CIM)
• Background in SAP MM/FICO integration scenarios
• Knowledge of integration monitoring tools and error resolution frameworks.

• Expert-level knowledge in:
• Coupa Procurement (advanced configurations, guided buying)
• Hands on experience in Coupa P2P, SIM, Sourcing and Contract modules
• Proven experience with:
• Coupa API framework and sftp integrations
• Experience with callouts and process Automator in Coupa
• Good understanding of Coupa-SAP integrations
• Strong understanding of:
• ITIL framework (especially Problem and Change Management)
• SOX controls and audit compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
