Key Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Build scalable, secure REST APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
- Develop modular, reusable components and interfaces using React.js
- Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries
- Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL for schema design, optimization, indexing & query tuning
- Implement microservices architecture for scalable system design
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams for seamless deployment
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery cycles
- Write clean, testable code with proper documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and follow best practices
- 4+ years of experience in MERN Stack / Full Stack Development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend service development
- Hands-on experience with React.js (functional components, hooks, state management)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript & TypeScript
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, including schema design & query optimization
- Good understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and scalable architectures
- Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS preferred
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Supertest
- Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and deployment pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
