Salary Range: Starting from ₹25,000 per month (varies based on experience, qualification, and interview performance)

Job Summary:
As the Branch Head, you will lead and motivate a team of sales and support professionals, manage and nurture client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth. Your deep knowledge of Tally products and solutions will be crucial in building strong partnerships with Tally and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and address client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Product Knowledge:
• Possess a deep understanding of Tally products and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Tally developments and industry trends.
• Partnership Building:
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Tally and other industry partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  

Requirements:

  Get Hired
  Fluency in Tamil, English, and Kannada.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Tally field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
