Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development/Client Servicing professional with strong expertise in brand activations, experiential marketing, and events. The role requires solid sales acumen, P&L exposure, and the ability to build and manage client relationships while converting opportunities into business through strong ideation, proposal development, and presentations.

Experience in executing experiential projects and the ability to lead or mentor teams is essential. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven, result-oriented leader with strong networking and communication skills.

Minimum 12+ years in a Business / Client management role in Industry Events, Media, Marketing Services or related businesses could be of

Key Responsibilities:

Business planning and strategy

• Business planning, forecasting and development of go-to-market strategy/plan
• Market intelligence – understanding trends and competition review to enhance business opportunity through new clients
• Evaluating new opportunities to ensure focus on the best opportunities

New Business development

• New client acquisition - develop and leverage external/potential relationships to create new business opportunities

Existing client development

• Developing and managing relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in order to increase share of pie.
• Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
• Ability to create and develop briefs, proposals, and presentations to ensure conversion of opportunities to business.

• Continuously educate, supervise, develop and guide the team in terms of preparation of creative presentations and credentials (Element Sheet, Detailing Element Costs and Concept

• Process adherence to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures

People Management

• Identify, nurture, and develop key talent to build strong internal capabilities.
• Design and implement succession planning strategies for critical roles.
• Develop and execute employee retention strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business review meetings with teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

Financial Management

• Assume full responsibility for accounts receivable within the Chennai Region.

  Get Hired
• Ensure timely collection of receivables in full (without set off or discount) within 30 days of due date.
• Monitor financial performance to maintain profitability and fiscal discipline.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company accounting policies.

Representation & Stakeholder Management

• Represent the organization at key client engagements, legal matters, press conferences, and meetings with government officials as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and business unit heads to develop integrated
