Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all physical security measures at the project site, including access control, surveillance, and perimeter integrity
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with site-specific security protocols
• Maintain and update site security plans, visitor management systems, and personnel access databases
• Monitor site activities for security breaches or safety violations, and escalate incidents appropriately
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of security infrastructure and procedures to ensure ongoing effectiveness and readiness
• Support emergency response planning and participate in drills and incident investigations
• Provide briefings and training to staff and visitors on site-specific security procedures and emergency protocols
• Generate regular reports on security performance indicators, incident trends, and improvement recommendations

Qualifications

What makes you remarkable?

Expected:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in physical site security administration within oil & gas, petrochemical, or large industrial environments
• Knowledge of access control systems, perimeter surveillance technologies, and incident response protocols
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an office-based environment in Abu Dhabi
