Ai Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in PLC systems and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to bridge industrial automation with advanced AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that leverage PLC-controlled systems and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and maintain PLC systems for industrial automation processes.

Integrate AI solutions, specifically LLMs, to enhance automation, predictive maintenance, and real-time decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intelligent systems combining PLCs and AI technologies.

Analyze operational data and create AI models to optimize process efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve safety.

Test, troubleshoot, and refine AI-assisted PLC systems for reliability and performance.

Stay updated on emerging AI and industrial automation technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI/ML frameworks, and AI integration.

Strong understanding of industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and SCADA systems.

Proficiency in Python, similar for AI model deployment and data analysis.

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware-software integration issues.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in predictive maintenance, robotics, or IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things).

Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and API integrations.

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for industrial AI systems.
