Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern to support our business development team through lead generation, prospect outreach, and pipeline-building activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, and B2B business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Identify and qualify potential customers based on predefined criteria.
* Generate and nurture leads for the sales team.
* Maintain and update prospect data in CRM systems.* Schedule meetings and appointments for Business Development Managers.
* Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers.
* Support demand generation campaigns and marketing initiatives.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
* Track daily outreach metrics and provide activity reports.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Strong communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
* Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business professionals.
* Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and customer engagement.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
