Assistant General Manager Accounts & Taxation (GST)

Location:

Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City), Warangal, Khammam & Karimnagar

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager Accounts & Taxation (GST) to lead the organization's Accounts and Taxation function. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in GST compliance, financial reporting, statutory audits, and finance operations, along with strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
• Finalize financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
• Review General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and financial records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

2. Taxation & GST:

• Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
• Handle GST audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, and cash flow.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

4. Audit & Compliance:

• Lead internal and statutory audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

5. Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Drive process improvements and capability development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-12+ years of experience in Accounts & Taxation.
• Experience in B2C industries (Automobile/FMCG preferred).
• Strong expertise in:

• 1. GST Compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C)
• 2. Income Tax & TDS
• 3. Financial Statement Finalization
• 4. Internal & Statutory Audits
• 5. MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
• 6. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance); M.Com preferred.
