About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a B2B SaaS Product company, hands-on experience with Keka HRMS, and expertise in managing the complete employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Own the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention, and exit processes.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance review cycles, goal setting, feedback discussions, and talent development.
• Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, engagement, and workforce trends to provide actionable insights.
• Identify and implement employee retention strategies.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently followed across teams.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance-related discussions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR operations using Keka HRMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or People Partner.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a B2B SaaS Product company.
• Strong hands-on experience managing the entire employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience partnering directly with business leaders and people managers.
• Hands-on working experience with Keka HRMS (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, including attrition, engagement, and headcount reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist/People Partner experience.
• Recent 2+ years in a B2B SaaS Product company.
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
• Experience owning the complete employee lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience.
• Comfortable working with HR data and people metrics.
• Notice period of 30 days or less.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office in a 6-day work model (5 days WFO + Saturday WFH).
