Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

• Oversee the entire loan closing process to ensure smooth and timely completions;
• Draft and organize all necessary loan documents with precision;
• Create mortgage and Deed of Trust (DOT) documents in full compliance with state regulations;
• Thoroughly review loan documents to guarantee accuracy and completeness;
• Lead and mentor closing analysts, effectively managing and distributing their workload;
• Inspect documents meticulously to confirm they are ready for funding;
• Assemble comprehensive funding packages for review;
• Grant final authorization for clear to fund, ensuring all criteria are met

Required Education:

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required

• 5 years of hands-on experience in closing operations.

• Proven experience collaborating with lenders or title companies

• Effective communication abilities;
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
