About Your Role:
- We are looking for an HR professional with expertise in both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering to join WRI India.
- This role uniquely blends strategic people partnering with full-cycle recruitment, offering the opportunity to shape our workforce and culture.
- You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent, while also working closely with program leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen employee engagement, and enable workforce planning.


- As a trusted HR partner, you will provide guidance across the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- You will be instrumental in strengthening our employer brand, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
How Your Day Will Unfold:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define clear role requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and managing candidate engagement.
- Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri, professional networks, and innovative talent mapping strategies.
- Develop and maintain accurate and inclusive job descriptions for all positions.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build long-term relationships with potential talent.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and managers on HR-related queries.
- Partner with Program leaders to support workforce planning and internal mobility.
- Drive employee engagement through initiatives that foster inclusion, recognition, and well-being.
- Support the implementation of organizational HR initiatives/projects (e. , DEI, Hiring manager capacity building sessions, policy rollouts).
- Provide HR analytics and insights to guide decision-making and track Hiring effectiveness.

- Continuously review and improve recruitment and HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Skills and Qualifications We Seek:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in recruitment and HR business partnering.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and talent mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with business leaders.
- Experience managing multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
- Potential Salary and Benefits: 14,00,000 to 18,00,000 INR CTC Per Annum.
- Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills.
