Software Developer
We are looking for a talented Software Developer to help in building innovative and scalable software solutions that improve our patient, clinician and payer experiences. The right person will have a passion for solving complex problems in a highly collaborative environment.
The Software Developer is responsible for overseeing and driving engineering efforts for one of our product teams. We are looking for full stack engineer who is a comfortable with both front and backend programming. You will be working with product, designers, devops, qa and relevant stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment helping oversee a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities

• Driving engineering efforts of your product team
• Developing innovative cloud-based web applications using variety of platforms like Decisions No Code platform, AWS, Serverless etc.
• Front-end development in ReactJS, HTML, CSS and other technologies
• Back-end development in Node.js, SQL Server
• Working with the team to perform requirements gathering, detailed design, coding, unit testing, bug resolution, deployment, and documentation
• Active participation in our agile methodology including attendance of scrums, demos, retrospectives and sprint planning sessions.
• 
  Participating in our change management process
• Meeting with product owners, stakeholders and other parties to gain insight on product functions and features and provide new ideas that could drive the product forward
  

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• 4-year degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or 10+ years of IT work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MS SQL Server or PostGreSQL. Proficient in creating queries and other database objects.
• Hands on exposure in building or using NoCode tools and integrations using REST API
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Node.JS
• Knowledge of scrum/agile practices
  

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Preferred experience designing web-based systems for cloud deployment in AWS/Azure or equivalent
• Strong experience in MS SQL database, troubleshooting
• Strong exposure to REST API integration

Get Hired
• Prior exp with Decisions preferred, or else expertise in any one of Camunda, Appian, Processmaker, Oracle BPM etc. Troubleshooting and development experience on these platforms
• Very strong logging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with unit testing, end-to-end testing and/or TDD using Postman or other similar testing framework
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript on the front and back end including Node.js
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, MongoDB and relational database like Postgres
• Knowledge of security best practices like oAuth etc in web applications
• Source control proficiency (git/bitbucket)
• Preferred experience in Typescript
  

Work Conditions

• On-call availability during the week with occasional weekend work
• Work requires willingness to occasionally work a flexible schedule
