Writer Corporation - Manager - Leadership Hiring

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition across the group, with major focus on leadership positions.
- Support in developing and executing the overall talent acquisition strategy for the organisation, including senior-level hiring and people management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple recruitment channels, including internal referrals, professional networks, job portals, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the hiring strategy remains aligned with industry standards.
- Lead offer negotiations and support seamless onboarding of selected leadership candidates.
- Partner closely with business and leadership teams to drive and close critical hiring mandates, ensuring business continuity.
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA in Human Resources
EXPERIENCE:
- 4 - 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring, or Executive Search.
- Proven experience in managing leadership, mid to senior-level hiring mandates across functions and businesses.

- Strong exposure to leadership hiring, stakeholder management, market mapping, and competency-based recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in building leadership talent pipelines and driving strategic hiring initiatives.
- Experience in partnering with senior business leaders, HR stakeholders, and external search firms.
- Strong understanding of talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and hiring analytics.
- Experience in driving recruitment process improvements, governance, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong track record of managing complex hiring mandates with high-quality and timely closures.
