About the Role

Anoud Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with customer relationship management skills to ensure successful delivery, support, and adoption of insurance technology solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in the Insurance domain, strong SQL capabilities, and the ability to manage customer expectations while driving technical issue resolution and service excellence. Knowledge of Java is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer business and technical stakeholders

• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and recommendations
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management activities
• Analyze application and database-related issues using advanced SQL skills
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
• Lead customer review meetings, service governance discussions, and technical workshops
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
• Manage customer escalations and ensure adherence to agreed service levels
• Support product implementations, upgrades, integrations, and production releases
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers for effective utilization of Anoud solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, including complex query writing, data analysis and troubleshooting, performance tuning, and database investigation/reporting
• Strong experience in the Insurance Domain (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, Reinsurance, or related areas)
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Application Support, Technical Consulting, or Service Delivery Management

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience handling customer escalations and critical production issues

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of Java applications and ability to understand application logs, code flow, and integrations
• Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise application architectures
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
