Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team at Xeno. In this role, youll be the engine of our demand generation effortsidentifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. Key Responsibilities of the candidate (What will this person do)

  • Owning outbound demand gen
  • Researching companies & people to do targeted 1:1 reachouts over multiple channels.
  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualifying leads by gathering information about the prospects business, needs, and budget.
  • Educating prospects about the companys products and services, and demonstrating how they can address the prospects pain points.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activities and outcomes using a CRM system.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects along with sales.
  • Growing & training the SDR team at Xeno

What are we looking for :

  • SDR for 1+ yrs at enterprise SaaS doing outbound cold emailing & calling
  • Excellent communication skills: The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present solutions.
  • Sales experience: The candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Tech-savvy: As the company is in the tech industry, the candidate should be comfortable with technology and have a good understanding of software, hardware, and other tech products.
  • Results-driven: The candidate should have a goal-oriented mindset and be driven to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
  • Customer-oriented: The candidate should have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Team player: The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in Tech: ( Bonus )A bachelors degree in technology or a related field would be an added advantage.
