Job Description
- As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for key customers. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with customer stakeholders, internal engineering, and product teams to ensure that clients receive maximum value from the solution and resolve technical issues efficiently.
You will be tasked with providing end-to-end product solutions for clients based on their goals and data landscape. This includes owning the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live and collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design, test, and deploy solutions. Additionally, you will need to understand the client's tech ecosystem and assist with integrations, translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding, and create documentation, playbooks, and scalable processes for faster onboarding.
The ideal candidate for this role would have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, B.Tech, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of work experience in SaaS, support, implementation, or customer success. You should have a strong understanding of SQL, APIs (Pull, Push, Webhooks), and data management, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being a natural problem solver who excels in fast-paced environments, comfortable with Excel, testing APIs, and basic debugging, and having a keen eye for detail and documentation are also important qualities for this role.
