Industrial Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end closing process and support flash reporting.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Drive inventory management and working capital processes.
• Manage statutory, internal, and process audits.
• Ensure GL hygiene and perform budget vs. actual analysis.
• Coordinate with Group Office on consolidation and audit activities.
• Handle complex ad-hoc requests by providing analytical support for decision-making.
  
• Proactively review financials, identify inconsistencies, and drive resolution.

Job Requirements:

• CA Industrial Trainee with knowledge of financial reporting and audit management.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Advanced Excel, along with working knowledge of SAP, are required.
