Job Responsibilities

• Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables, and creating a project plan.
• Coordinate with teams, Management, and external vendors as needed.
• Monitor progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project.
• 
  Perform research, analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed for projects.
• Regularly communicate with all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved timelines and that quality standards are met.
• Manage data for running various marketing campaigns for the Retail Call Center.
  

Skills Needed

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Should be proficient in MS Office
