Job Description
- * Own end-to-end onboarding of small and mid-sized corporate clients on the Bharatsure platform * Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams for queries related to product, process, operations, and high-level claims support * Educate corporate employees on policy coverage, benefits, and available offerings * Maintain strong relationships with client HR SPOCs and support policy renewals.
- * Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- * Assist Key Account Managers in servicing enterprise clients.
