We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate R&D to drive innovation and contribute to cutting-edge AI-driven solutions in intellectual property (IP). You will play a critical role in developing and enhancing AI-based tools that revolutionize the IP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development in AI-driven solutions for patent and intellectual property processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI PhDs, software developers, and patent attorneys, to refine and improve product offerings.
• Develop algorithms, models, and methodologies for optimizing patent search, drafting, and analytics.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to drive product improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and IP-related technologies to integrate best practices.
• Support the team in translating research outcomes into real-world applications with commercial viability.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand challenges and propose innovative solutions.

His passion for leveraging AI in the legal and IP landscape led him to the prestigious Chevening Gurukul Fellowship at the University of Oxford, where he gained deep insights into business strategy, innovation, and emerging technologies. As the driving force behind XLSCOUT, Jitin has pioneered the use of AI and NLP in patent analytics, helping businesses worldwide accelerate innovation and streamline IP research.

Sandeep Singh Kohli Director

Sandeep studied Artificial Intelligence at the University of Toronto, where he specialized in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLM). He also holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University. With extensive experience in intellectual property, technology commercialization, and AI-driven R&D strategies, he has been instrumental in shaping the innovation landscape. Before joining XLSCOUT, Sandeep worked at top intellectual property firms, where he led global R&D initiatives and built AI-powered solutions for patent analytics. He specializes in integrating AI and automation into IP and R&D workflows, enabling organizations to accelerate innovation and strategic decision-making.

Manish Verma (Product Manager R&D): Manish is responsible for leading the tech initiatives, ensuring a seamless integration of AI and data-driven solutions into the companys research and development processes. He manages and develops new features in existing modules and defines approaches to handle Client Custom Requests. In addition to his experience in Large Language Models, Manish holds a B. Tech in Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University. Before joining XLSCOUT, he gained experience in various IP research fields, including Whitespace and Technology Scouting. With 3 years of expertise in integrating LLM into different automation processes for IP and Technology Landscape Projects.
