Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, providing accurate information.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in billing and processing insurance claims.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory) Certification in Hospital Administration or related field (Preferable)
