Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Ecommerce Manager.

- As a Senior E-commerce Manager at Xneeti, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and scaling demand for our partners.
- You will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, optimizing spends, and strategizing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new product launches.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of category management, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- You will also own the P&L for your assigned partners, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education from Tier I colleges (must)
- 3-5 years of experience in Category Management or Digital Marketing
- Proven expertise in managing P&L and scaling e-commerce brands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with advertising campaigns, performance marketing, and growth strategies
