Application Support Engineer - Linux Cloud - Immediate Joiners

We are excited to announce multiple openings for the role of Application Support Engineer. If you have hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, AppDynamics, Cloud technologies, Linux, and scripting,

Role & Responsibilities

• 24 years of relevant experience in Application Support (2-tier/3-tier applications)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience handling complex application performance issues
• Exposure to APM tools such as AppDynamics and Dynatrace
• Skilled in managing containerized and cloud-based applications with services like EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, VPC, and VPN
• Background in DevOps, Operations, or Infrastructure Operations teams
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
• OS-level knowledge (Windows or Linux)
• Database expertise (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with middleware technologies (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere)
• Ability to identify root causes of performance issues and mitigate bottlenecks

• Understanding of networking concepts and load balancers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Ansible, Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell, PowerShell)
• Experience with monitoring and automation tools (OpsGenie, Nagios, Rundeck)
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud and application-level security
• Experience in the Banking & Financial domain
• Familiarity with Agile/Sprint development models
