Cloud Application Support Engineer - Immediate Joiners Only

Application Support Engineer Cloud Team

We’re looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our growing Cloud team. In this role, you’ll provide customer-focused support and lead client projects on the Cloud, ensuring high availability and performance across mission-critical applications.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and maintain application servers, databases, and batch jobs
• Troubleshoot operational issues (batch failures, network errors, client data feeds)
• Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets under SLAs
• Document incidents, maintain run books, and produce daily status reports
• Provide on-call support during off-hours and non-prime shifts

What we’re looking for

• 4–6 years of application/production support experience in cloud-based environments

  Get Hired
• Hands-on expertise with AWS/Azure, Linux/Unix/Windows, Tomcat, and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.)
• Strong database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and scalability
• Familiarity with application security best practices and fault detection processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams
