Role & responsibilities
Lead Software Engineer - dominant Java backend.
Location: Pune, India.
Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for customer escalation. Develop, enhance, fix backend services and frontend components as part of NICE EEM platform
Troubleshoot customer issues and fix them by way of configuration or code change.
Take ownership for development & deployment of the implemented components to lab environment
Write unit tests to ensure fit to design/requirements ?
Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools
MUST-to-have
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related fields
Strong experience(8-10) in back-end development with Java, Servlet, Spring, Spring Boot.
Good understanding in frontend development with Angular, JSP, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience developing and troubleshooting web applications that interact with back-end services.
Conversant with using REST APIs, HTTP request-response structure
Experience writing unit tests with JUnit/Mokito
Experience in leading the team
Reasonably good verbal and written English skills
Great-to-have:
High level overview with AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda, API-Gateway
Experience with CI/CD & deploying web app to lab environment
