Tech Lead Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform
Location:Mumbai / Bangalore | Experience: 8+ years

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform to design and deliver enterprise-scale case management applications. The role involves solution architecture, development, integration, and automation of operational processes.
- Architect and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and plugins.
- Integrate external systems via Azure Logic Apps, manage data migration, and configure security.
- Implement AI Builder and Copilot features.
- Lead deployments, user training, and mentor developers.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), and C#.NET.
- Agile development experience and excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Dynamics/Power Platform/Azure.
- Basic ML knowledge and enterprise architecture awareness.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years in web application development.
