Customer Service Engineer in India

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site daily maintenance services and act as technical liaison with the client.
2. Work with ARP Technologies Engineering and R&D departments in China to solve any issue, or to implement improvements, or upgrades.
3. Report to the Global Service Manager at HQ
4. Provide intelligence about sales opportunities for ARP.

5. Assist with the technical evaluation, promotion and sales of ARP products, services, spare parts and upgrades kits.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years experience in a similar role for industrial production machinery. Preferrable at least 1 year in the tire industry and with tire curing presses.
2. A suitable mechanical or electrical technical education, understanding hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical control systems, and industrial machinery safeties.
3. Ability to service tire curing presses independently. Hands-on, can-do mentality, by him/herself.
4. Willing to travelling to different countries for training and other assignments.
5. Able to communicate effectively (on site), able to communicate in English in writing and verbally.
6. Good organizational, coordination and communication skills. Able to write regular reports in English.
7. Able to work with MS Office and similar applications.
