Financial Planning And Analysis Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key contributor to our finance team, providing critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and growth of the company.

What you will do: You will support the development and maintenance of financial models, conduct variance analysis, and prepare financial reports and presentations.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in FP&A (Entry level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
