Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a FP&A/Business Finance based in Pune City. As a subject matter specialist, you will oversee financial planning and analysis, prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and monitor key financial metrics. You will also analyze data to support decision-making, assess risks, provide insights on financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• 
  Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, budget management, planning and Business Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience in data analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting methods
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• CA/CMA/MBA-Finance
• Prior experience in a logistics, e-commerce, or similar industry is advantageous
