Role Overview - The Business Finance role partners with logistics and supply chain

leadership to drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on planning, performance analytics, unit economics, and commercial insights across

transportation, warehousing, and network operations.

This is a high-visibility, business-facing role suited for Tier-1 MBA/ CA / CFA professionals with strong analytical depth and stakeholder influence, with experience of 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Insights

• Act as a strategic finance partner to operations and business leaders
• Deliver profitability insights across routes, warehouses, customers, and products

• Analyse key cost drivers, including freight, fuel, manpower, rentals, and last-mile costs

FP&A & Performance Management

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
• Track variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
• Build concise MIS, KPIs, and leadership dashboards

Unit Economics & Cost Optimisation

• Drive improvement in unit economics, margins, and operational efficiency
• Support pricing, contract evaluation, and commercial negotiations
