Role & responsibilities
Designation: Executive- LM Operations
Department: B2C Xpress Operations
Role Description: The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch.
- Take care of stock received and stock outward.
- Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
- Responsible for arranging maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
- Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensure processes are followed to minimize loses at the Service center.
- Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensures zero missing shipments with value and count.
- Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.
- Monitor the NDR/RTO and find solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.
- Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean workplace policies.
