Legal Intern

:

Xpressbees is looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal & Compliance team. The intern will be actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, and will gain hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and vetting of agreements such as:
• NDAs
• Vendor & Service Agreements
• MOUs, SLAs, Addendums
• Reviewing legal clauses and highlighting risks / deviations
• Assisting in legal research related to contracts, labour laws, and corporate laws
• Supporting compliance documentation and internal legal processes
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for contract-related clarifications
• Maintaining proper records of agreements and legal documents
  

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Law student (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB) Final year preferred
• Strong understanding of contract law
• Good drafting, vetting, and legal documentation skills
• Ability to interpret and simplify legal language
• Proficiency in MS Word and basic Excel
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
  

Good to Have:

• Prior internship experience in corporate / in-house legal team
• Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, or tech companies
• Basic understanding of labour and commercial laws
