Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Onboarding Executive located in Mengio. The Retail Onboarding Executive will be responsible for guiding and assisting new retailers through the onboarding process. Day-to-day tasks include explaining retail operations processes, supporting retailers with retail marketing strategies, analyzing onboarding challenges, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth transition into the companys retail platform.
