We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedAcademic Counsellorto join our admissions and sales division. The role involves guiding learners to the right academic programs while achieving enrollment targets. Candidates must be confident communicators who enjoy interacting with students and parents.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Initiate conversations with leads through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about courses, learning outcomes, and enrollment procedures.
• Build rapport with students and parents to understand their educational needs.
• Work strategically to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Track daily progress using CRM tools and maintain organized data records.
  
• Support marketing and student outreach activities when required.
• Consistently work toward achieving weekly and monthly targets.
