Job Description
- As a Senior Associate in Procurement, Logistics, and Vendor Management, your role will be crucial in strengthening supply chain operations. With a focus on sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor development, and end-to-end logistics operations, your 3-4 years of proven expertise in procurement and logistics will be essential. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven procurement and logistics processes.
Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements for optimal cost efficiency.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitoring performance consistently.
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution for seamless logistics operations.
Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and proactively resolve any logistics issues.
Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with quality assurance teams to address product or service issues promptly.
Analyze supplier quotations, pricing trends, and market conditions to optimize costs effectively.
Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high quality standards and meeting timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation for all procurement and logistics activities.
Prepare detailed reports on vendor performance, procurement metrics, and logistics efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to fulfill organizational procurement and logistics requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and vendor relationship management expertise.
Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics operations, and contract management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel for effective procurement and logistics tracking.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder management expertise.
