Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment performance across business units. This role is responsible for achieving hiring targets, optimizing recruitment efficiency, improving quality of hire, and building strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring data accuracy and governance in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring Delivery & Team Performance

  • Own and deliver overall hiring targets across all business units.
  • Monitor team closures and ensure ≥100% achievement of hiring plans.
  • Drive recruiter productivity through structured tracking and performance reviews.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure timely fulfillment.

2. Hiring Speed & Efficiency

  • Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines (≤30 days average TAT).
  • Optimize sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling processes.
  • Leverage ATS and dashboards to track and improve hiring speed.

3. Recruitment Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment TAT with ≥90% compliance.
  • Standardize recruitment workflows and improve coordination across stages.
  • Drive accountability in interview feedback closure and process discipline.

4. Offer Management & Candidate Experience

  • Improve offer acceptance rates (target ≥85%) through:
  • Effective candidate engagement
  • Compensation benchmarking and alignment
  • Partner with hiring managers to manage candidate expectations proactively.

5. Interview Quality & Conversion

  • Enhance quality of shortlisted candidates to achieve ≥30% interview-to-offer conversion.
  • Conduct JD calibration sessions with hiring managers.
  • Train recruiters on effective screening and assessment techniques.

6. Quality of Hire

  • Reduce early attrition (≤5% within first 90 days).
  • Ensure strong candidate-job fit and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders on onboarding feedback and improvements.

7. Recruiter Team Productivity

  • Monitor recruiter performance through defined KPIs.
  • Ensure ≥90% of recruiters meet their targets.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and weekly performance reviews.
  • Build capability within the recruitment team.

8. Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Achieve ≥85% hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and ensure alignment on requirements.

9. Recruitment Planning & Forecasting

  • Align hiring capacity with business plans and AOP.
  • Drive ≥90% forecast accuracy through workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and leadership for proactive hiring strategies.

10. Reporting & Governance

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in recruitment data and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Team management and coaching ability
  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-business hiring environments preferred
  • Bachelors degree required (MBA/HR preferred)
