Maintenance Supervisor

Skills:
Predictive Maintenance Tools, CMMS Software, Root Cause Analysis, PLC Programming, Lean Manufacturing, HVAC Systems, Inventory Management, Safety Compliance Procedures,
Follow all safety requirements including but not limited to Adhere to SDS (Safety Data Sheet), LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Electrical Flash NFPA 70-E, etc.
Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, automation, and instrumentation of equipment applied by industrial motor controls, and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
Troubleshoot problems by gathering and analyzing power quality data
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
Demonstrate self-motivational drive in learning new technologies and automations as they apply
Communicate appropriately with the operators, mechanics, other electricians, engineers, supervisors, and Plant leadership
Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, Understanding and helping maintain work orders, preventative maintenance system, and ERP System
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Demonstrate the initiative to investigate and offer improvements to our plant operation
Service, clean, and inspect equipment periodically following established PMs (Preventive Maintenance)
Utilize problem-solving techniques in interacting with other employees in resolving issues
Evaluate and make recommendations to change the PM (Preventative Maintenance) schedule or contents
